I am a lifelong learner on a journey to help others achieve happiness in their work life that translates into a more productive and rewarding life outside of their career.

I am a graduate of Boston College with a Masters in Executive Leadership and Organizational Development. During that program, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Simon Sinek’s book, Start with Why, during the program. It completely changed the way I approach my work.

People often lose sight of what truly matters to them and end up pursuing higher job titles, bigger salaries, or the next exciting opportunity that comes their way. Instead of stopping to ask themselves why they’re doing what they do and what they would do if they wanted to wake up every morning excited about work, they settle for the easier path.
